Shipping policy

We aim to offer the best shipping service, irrespective of where you live. We deliver our products to hundreds of customers daily whilst ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Currently we are delivering in NCR region only.

Store Pickup

You can create your orders online, we will pack and keep it for you. You can collect the same at your nearest store as per your convenience without any hassle or additional charges. You can choose your nearest store during checkout.

Processing Time

Overall shipping cycle varies from same day delivery to a maximum of 5 days in NCR, based on the availability of products. Once order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging is done, the order is dispatched within 12-48 hours of placing it. 

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, prepaid orders take between 3-5 business. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, festivals, and extreme weather conditions, there might be slight delays in delivery. 

Shipping Charges

A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs.100/- is charged for all prepaid and COD* orders under Rs.5000 and Nil for orders above Rs. 5000.

* COD – Cash On Delivery is available for Registered Customers only, with minimum order amount of 1000.
