Refund policy
We hope that you never have to visit this page but in the unfortunate event when you have to please keep the following things in mind.
You must check the product at the time of delivery or at the counter in case of store pickup. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also kindly click a photo or shoot a video of the same.
Any product which has been used or hampered with will not be approved for return.

Reverse Pick-Up
If your return is accepted, we provide a free reverse pick-up in case of the following:
– You received a defective/damaged product
– You received the wrong products
In case of return due to any other reasons, a reverse pickup charge of Rs.250/- would be applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at the nearest store and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, we will take 5 to 15 business days to have the amount refunded through the same payment method.
